15. The Gospel Will Be Preached to the Whole World

Jesus said that the End will not come until the Gospel is preached to the whole world (Matt 24:14). That is a huge job! Until recently Christians thought this would have to be accomplished using missionaries - a slow and sometimes dangerous process. But now we can safely and effectively spread the Gospel over the whole world using radio, microwaves, cell phones, and internet. This fulfills Jesus’ prophecy in a way that His disciples could never have imagined 2,000 years ago!
