There will be rewards! God

Matt 16:27, For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then He will reward each person according to what he has done.

God can forgive you for whatever you did, but He can’t reward you for what you haven’t done.

Jesus expects us to serve Him out of love. But He is also extremely clear about the rewards that we will receive in Heaven. No act done in faith, love, or obedience – no matter how small - escapes the notice of your Heavenly Father! God does not specify what His rewards will be. But you can be sure that they are wonderful beyond description. There will be rewards for working in the Harvest, generosity, perseverance, hospitality, enduring persection, diligence, being a good spouse, and being a good parent. And this is only a partial list. Which rewards will you receive? And which will you probably NOT receive?
